After searching round the internet for days I've had no luck fixing this issue. Whenever I try to install (KB2698365) in windows update, I get the 800B0100 error a couple of seconds later. I've tried the system update readiness tool, but it makes no difference. I'm not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
