Swapping hard drive between similar Dell Models

Hello there, I currently have a Dell Latitude E4310. It has an i5 520-M and a QS57 chipset. I am buying a Dell Precision M4500, which also has an i5 520-M, but a QM57 chipset. They both have Windows 7 64-bit Pro installed and activated, with COAs. I would like to just swap the hard drives, programs and all, on these machines.
