Windows Update error code 800B0100

Hi, I have had this error for a few weeks and haven't managed to get rid of it. I ran System update readiness tool and Fixit, as well as the Hotfix B947821-v35-x86. Previously Windows update would say it was unable to search for updates, but after a few fixes it began to admit itself needed updating. However trying to do that produces the same error.
