Solved Product key cannot be used to activate windows on this computer

Hi, i had bought windows 7 from MSFT offices in Seattle. It was working fine on my older machine. i recently built a new machine and scrapped the old one (it ceases to exist). I installed the windows 7 on the new machine but i am getting the "The product key you typed cannot be used to activate Windows on this computer" error. i have the original disks (32 & 64) as well the box...
