For several months this year updates were not installing. I did everything I could think of to fix the problem (registry repair, SURT Etc.) Finally I had "Microsoft Phone Support" take control of my system and they managed to fix the problem (after several hours on the phone). The updates have been installing just fine. Ok, so now I look at the update history and I find just as many "failed"...
