Windows update error 0x8004fe21

Hi I started geting this error and I can not update my Windows. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I have a virus or malware. I checked with a sofware supplied by them and I dont have any virus or malware. I called them back and they told me that I have to pay them 99 dollars to fix my issue. Any sugestins how I can do this by myslef. Thank you in advance.
