Updates install over and over

Every time I shut down the computer the same two updates are installed. They are both Security Updates for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 on Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008, and Server 2008 R2 for x64, KB2898869 and KB2901126. Windows update says they are important.
