So, most of the time, when I run Windows Update, it'll give me the message: "Windows Update cannot run because windows update is not started" or, you know, something like that. I've checked the services, both the Windows Update and the Background intelligent transfer are started.
I have tried the FixIt pertaining to the issue from Microsoft, but to no avail. It puts an X next...
