I've had an ongoing windows update issue that has finally irritated me enough to try to resolve it. I'm unable to install IE 10 or 11. They both download and attempt to install but upon reboot to finalize the update, windows gets anywhere between 30-99 percent done and starts a never ending rebooting cycle.
