I'm running out of options and googlefu. I have a computer and I cannot update to service pack one. Ran the Readiness tool and sfc /scannow. I'm trying to avoid doing a format and re install since it was done before by someone else.
Disabled anti-virus (kaspersky)
Tried to manually install KB976932 but it still gives me the 800F0900 error
