I'm trying to install NET Framework 4.0 and getting a fatal error. I've tried: 1. Net Framework Cleanup Tool 2. NetFx Setup Verifier 3. Microsoft FixIt 4. Windows 7 Repair Install 5. SFC /scannow --> no problems 6. Clean Boot
