There's a multitude of issues currently. The only thing I can think of was when I was adding mods to New Vegas from newvegas.nexusmods.com. I didn't realize how bad things were until I attempted to download something and it said it had a virus and deleted it automatically, so I ran Microsoft Security Essentials, an it says Windows cannot access the desired path, and that I may not have permission...
