Windows Update repeatedly problem - Error 8007054F, 643, 8024200D

since some time ago I´ve been unable to proceed with any installation from Windows Update as I get always error not in the installation but when after reboot the changes are applied (Windows reverts changes) The errors that I get are the following errors: 8007054F, 643, 8024200D.

Security Updates not installing.
Since 11th February I have found that a number of Windows Security Updates, probably about 8, are failing to install even though I have tried to install them on different days since that date. In particular there are 4 important updates that show up for installation each time I log on. The 4 are: KB3023562; KB3004375; KB3031432; KB2952664. Error codes that appear are 80070490 and 80073701. Refurbished COA question...
Does anybody know what I can do as far as reporting a company for issuing those fake refurb COA's? They look real but dont include a key on them. I ended up with a machine with one years ago but ever since ive always seen keys on the stickers. Or maybe microsoft has a way to pull up the COA based on that serial number on those COA's if they are real?

Removing alerts for Windows Defender updates only
Like most people, I don't rely solely on Windows Defender and thus I use a separate third-party antivirus product. I run both real-time and on-demand scans using the third-party antivirus product.
As a secondary precaution, I run Windows Defender on-demand scans, but don't use it's real-time protection.
Thus the only time I need the Windows Defender definitions updated are before I use it...

KB2976897 update offered after clean install. Wasn't it problematic?
Among the Patch Tuesday updates of August 2014, IIRC, KB2976897 was one of the problematic security updates. I just did a clean install of Windows 7 x64, and KB2976897 is being offered as an update. In checking MS support MS14-045 there is no notice of withdrawal, or replacement. Can someone confirm that KB2976897 is good to go. I ask out of an abundance of caution. :-)

Problem with activating windows and slui.exe
Hello,
Windows suddently desactivated himself, and now when I try to activate him, it say that it can't find the file or I don't have autorisation(I tried on the admin session too but it didn't work). This apparently oppened slui.exe which is on my system32.
